The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in the dining area and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 3rd Day.
  • 2. 1 Night/2 Days package includes Lunch, Refreshment & Dinner on 1st Day and Morning Tea and Breakfast on 2nd Day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 2nd Day.
  • 3. Accommodation in rooms is on twin sharing basis.
  • 4. Two bottles of drinking water per cottage will be provided on complimentary basis.
  • * 15% retention charges, if cancelled more than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival.
  • * 25% retention charges, if cancelled more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival (but less than 45 days).

  • 3. Entry ticket to Statue of Unity for Foreign Nationals is not included in our package costs and they are required to buy the same from www.soutickets.in
  • 4. In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation, booking amount will not be refundable.
  • 5. In case of late arrival at the tent city, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.
  • 6. The Voucher issued in respect of the packages for Statue of Unity tent city is to be furnished compulsorily along with Government approved valid Photo ID proof of each guest at the reception counter at the time of check-in; for foreign Nationals, it is mandatory to furnish valid Passport & Visa. Pan card will not be accepted as a valid photo ID.
  • 7. In case of late arrival at Tent City, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.
  • 8. In case of early arrival at Tent City, guests can pay early check in charges if the rooms are available and if rooms are not available then they have to wait until the check in time as prescribed.
  • 9. Please note that the cooling of A.C. in the vehicles and common areas will be maintained as per the temperature comfortable to the majority of guest present.
  • 10. Any amendments with respect to change in check-in dates would attract 15% Amendment Charge. Amendment in date can be made maximum 15 Days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any change in guest/guests names would be treated as a cancellation and would attract cancellation charges as stipulated.   • 11. Any incidental, personal and other expenses and cost of items which are not specified/mentioned in the inclusions are to be borne by the guest.
  • 12. Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. Guests carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, laptop ,electronic items or photographic equipment, antiques, artifacts, work of art, precious metals and similar valuables at their own risk
  • 13. This is an indicative itinerary & subject to change depending upon circumstances at the sole discretion of management.
  • 14. All rooms are Strictly Non–smoking areas as per in-house rules.
  • 15. Guests have to follow the house rules and applicable laws of the land.
  • 16. Management reserves the right to cancel reservation without any prior notice in case of any Central/State Government Event/Meetings/Visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In which case, alternative dates can be set or full refund will be given.
  • 17. The management takes utmost precaution to prevent incidents such as fire, short circuits or any other mis-happenings which are beyond the control. However, The management’s liability for loss of baggage due to fire, short circuit or any other mis-happening whatsoever is subject to a maximum amount of INR 30,000/- per room. All guests can opt for adequate insurance coverage through their insurance company prior to travel to Statue of Unity Tent city – 1.
  • 18. Visit to Statue of Unity premises, Khalwani to Zarwani Ecotourism Bus Tour, Sardar Sarovar Nauka Vihar (Boating) and Nilkanth Dham Temple  is subject to change/cancel due to any unforeseen circumstances.
  • 19. Statue of Unity Premises and other facilities remain closed on every monday. Guests Checking in on every Monday for one night package shall be taken to Statue Of Unity, Valley of flowers, Sardar Sarovar Dam View Point at 10.00 am after Check Out.
  • 20. Guests Checking in on Sunday for 02 nights package shall be taken to Poicha Nilkanth Dham Temple on second day i.e. monday as the other attraction such as Khalwani to Zarwani Ecotourism Bus Tour and Sardar Sarovar Nauka Vihar (Boating) remains closed on monday.
  • 21. Guests Checking in on Monday for 02 nights package shall be taken to Poicha Nilkanth Dham Temple on the day of check in i.e. Monday as the other attraction such as Khalwani to Zarwani Eco Tourism Bus tour and Sardar Sarovar Nauka Vihar (Boating) remains closed on monday. And on next day i.e. Tuesday they shall be taken to Khalwani to Zarwani Ecotourism Bus Tour from 09.30 am to 12.30 pm and in the afternoon from 02.30 pm onwards they shall be taken to visit Valley of Flowers, Sardar Sarovar Dam View Point, Statue Of Unity and Laser Show.
  • 22. Any dispute arising in above mentioned terms & condition is subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only.
  • 23. Pets are not allowed inside the Tent City.
  • 24. Right to admission reserved.
